1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship globally to ensure customers around the world can access our products.

• Standard Insured Shipping: $4.95 (Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days)

• Free Express Shipping: Available automatically on all orders over $35.00 / $50.00.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on local postal carrier efficiency, custom inspections, and destination country.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a direct tracking number and link to follow your parcel in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier network.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

NOVERA™ is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
